Lewis

Running a specialist tree surgery company for nearly 20 years I have no issue with heights or safe access to the most awkward of areas, I love manual work and love a challenge. I have worked on large building sites up and down the country and have competence and qualifications for many types of machinery which for commercial glass cleaning gives us the edge as I can hire deliver and drive nearly all types of access equipment. Also rope access and abseiling is no issue where needed, with health and safety qualifications we can accurately assess the risk and the safest most practical and cost effective way of doing the job, although with modern technology in water fed pole cleaning heights of 80ft/25m can be reached from the safety of the ground, I also understand what customers want in workers, professionalism, friendliness, reliability, a good work ethic and of course a good job done!

Nina

With working in Pharmacy for several years taught me key qualities like organization, precision, attention to detail and customer service. I am naturally organized, as well as plan the days jobs I answer calls, emails, enquires and do the invoicing as well as come and clean your windows! Fed up of companies that don’t turn up when they say? Fed up of asking for quotes only not to receive them? I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the higher level of service we provide! We use the latest and safest window cleaning techniques such as high reach pole systems and use Reverse Osmosis and De-ionised water which dries without any residue leaving your windows streak free every time. Included with this technique is that all frames and sills are cleaned every time something which quite often would cost extra with traditional methods. We are Fully qualified and insured with public liability and insured for damage to the glass itself. We also have qualifications in Health & Safety, rope access and elevating work platforms for those areas that seem near impossible to reach!

We understand privacy and security are important as window cleaners need access round the back of a property and sometimes inside a home therefore we don’t sub out work to random people we are a honest husband and wife team. Only for commercial properties would we consider sub contracting known and trusted professionals who would work along with us on site.
